These terms apply to use of luxeline.com.au and purchases from Luxeline. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and selections
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Human hair and screen displays can produce natural or visual variation in colour and texture. A natural or minor variation is not necessarily a defect, but this does not excuse a product that is materially different from its description, sample or the selections confirmed in your order.
You are responsible for reviewing each selected option, including colour, texture, length, density, construction and quantity, before payment. Contact us before ordering if you need help.
Prices and currency
Luxeline base prices and all transactions are in Australian dollars (AUD). The currency switcher may show estimated values in other currencies for convenience only. Those estimates can change with exchange rates and are not the amount processed. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees.
Prices include applicable Australian taxes where required. Shipping charges and any international duties or taxes are shown or described separately.
Payments
Available payment methods may include cards processed through Square, Apple Pay on supported devices and browsers, PayPal and Afterpay. Availability can depend on location, device, browser, order value and provider eligibility. A payment provider’s own terms and privacy policy also apply.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud or an inability to supply the selected configuration. If Luxeline cancels an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
Configured, custom and made-to-order products
Configured or custom products are prepared using the selections in your order. They are not returnable for change of mind. Production may begin soon after acceptance, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once materials are allocated or work begins. This does not affect Australian Consumer Law rights.
Shipping, returns and consumer guarantees
Our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy form part of these terms. Luxeline does not offer change-of-mind returns. Products still come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Care and alterations
Follow the care guidance supplied with the product. Damage caused by misuse, unsuitable products, excessive heat, incorrect installation or alterations is not a product fault. This does not affect rights relating to a separate defect that was not caused by that use or alteration.
Intellectual property
Website content, product photography, text, logos and design are owned by or licensed to Luxeline. They may not be copied, republished or commercially used without written permission, except where the law permits.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information. Payment providers and other third parties may also handle information under their own privacy policies.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Luxeline is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia. Any dispute is subject to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction, without limiting rights available under applicable consumer law.
