A finished look does not reveal whether it uses one product, several pieces or only styling of existing hair. Clarify that before building a basket.

Ask what the reference requires

Show the relevant image and explain which feature you want. Ask the stylist to identify the product format, configuration and quantity if a purchase is needed. Do not guess the number of bundles or packs from visible volume in a photograph.

Turn the answer into an item list

Record each product and option separately. Check that the total represents the agreed plan rather than duplicate alternatives. If part of the look requires a service rather than another item, list that separately. The basket should reflect a recommendation, not an attempt to buy every possible interpretation of the image.

Practical check

  • Reference feature clearly identified.
  • Products and services separated.
  • Itemised recommendation checked before payment.
