A multi-item hair order is easier to check when each line has a purpose and an exact configuration. Do not treat a larger basket as one undifferentiated purchase. Separate the products, quantities and intended uses before paying, particularly when a stylist’s plan calls for several lengths, shades or formats.
Give each item a role
Write why each product is in the basket. It may be a particular installation component, a separate style or a deliberately chosen spare. If two lines serve the same purpose, confirm that they are both intended rather than accidental duplicates. Avoid buying several alternatives on the assumption that unwanted items can be returned for preference; read the current returns policy first.
Record configurations independently
For every item, note the product and selected options. Two units of one configuration are different from two configurations of the same product. The individual Hair Bundle page, for example, explains that increasing quantity repeats the selected length, texture and shade. Use separate item selections when the plan calls for different options, and check how the basket represents them.
Check packs and sets
A pack quantity, an individual bundle quantity and a set quantity are not interchangeable. Read each product’s contents and compare them with the recommendation you received. Do not assume a three-bundle purchase has the same lengths as a Triple Bundle Set. Keep the actual purchase structure visible so the total number of supplied units can be checked on arrival.
Ask about timing as one order
If you need the items together, ask how the proposed order will be handled rather than assuming every configuration shares the same preparation time. The shipping policy notes that configured and custom items may need additional production. This guide does not promise combined or separate dispatch. Clarify any essential timing question with the actual products and destination.
Review the full amount
Check the basket total and currency after every intended item is configured. A collection’s starting amounts do not establish the final combined total. If a separate stylist service depends on the order, keep that quotation outside the product calculation. Make sure a removed item has not left an incomplete installation plan or a duplicated line behind.
Inspect by item on arrival
Compare the received products one at a time with the confirmation before installation or alteration. Keep labels and packaging associated with the correct item. If something is missing or appears wrong, identify the precise line in the support enquiry. A clear item list is more useful than a general statement that the large order is incorrect.
Check repeated configurations
An order may intentionally contain two identical units and another item in a different shade. Read the item lines separately and compare them with the written plan. If all quantities sit on one configuration, confirm that this is intended. A correct overall count does not prove that the mix of colours, lengths or products is correct.
