A group styling plan should keep each person’s requirements visible. A shared visual direction does not establish identical construction, colour, fit or extension quantity for everyone.
Agree the shared direction
Use a reference for the overall mood or silhouette, then identify where individual variation is welcome. Do not treat one person’s successful product as a universal recommendation. Each wearer should have the opportunity to discuss their own needs with the stylist.
Keep individual orders distinct
Create a separate line for each person’s product and confirmed options. Ask the stylist for individual recommendations where fitting or installation is involved. Protect personal information and avoid collecting more detail than the coordination task requires. A group total should not hide an unresolved configuration.
Coordinate services and receipt
Record who orders, who receives each item and which appointment belongs to whom. Verify delivered products before styling. If an item is delayed or unsuitable for the plan, discuss an individual alternative rather than changing everyone’s order without agreement. Keep the final responsibilities clear to prevent mixed-up products.
