Before measuring for a wig enquiry, ask which measurements and method the retailer needs for the chosen construction. A size chart from another range should not automatically be treated as the specification for a Luxeline product.
Start with the product
Send the product link and identify the construction. Ask whether the requested information is for a standard option, a fit check or an optional custom request. The Half Wig Collection treats optional requests as subject to confirmation. Measuring and submitting a result does not establish that a custom size has been accepted.
Follow one identified method
Record the measurement name, unit and the instruction used. If a landmark or route is unclear, ask for clarification before measuring. Do not combine a value taken using one method with a chart that assumes another. A second person may help you follow the stated route, but the appropriate method still needs to come from the relevant product guidance.
Send a usable record
Label each result rather than sending one number called head size. Include any uncertainty and ask how the measurements will be used for the product. Keep the reply with your order decision. This guide intentionally does not invent a universal chart or claim that a measurement alone guarantees fit.
A practical detail to record
For example, a record should identify circumference as the requested measurement and retain its instruction source. It should not present a bare number as though every possible sizing method would produce the same interpretation.
Decision checklist
- Product and purpose of the measurement.
- Named method and unit.
- Labelled results and retailer confirmation.
