An order confirmation is a useful point to compare what you intended to buy with what was recorded. Check it promptly and keep it with any correspondence about your selections. If you notice an error, contact Luxeline as soon as possible. A request to change an order is different from confirmation that it has been changed, especially once processing or production has begun.
Check the identity of the order
Find the order number and the contact details used for the purchase. Keep the message in a place you can locate again if you need support. If you are unsure whether a message relates to your order, use the contact route on the official website to verify it. Do not send payment credentials or full card information in an ordinary support message. The order number and a clear description are a better starting point.
Read every item and option
Compare the product name, quantity and selected configuration against your purchase notes. For a wig, check all the recorded choices rather than stopping at the main product name. For extensions, verify the exact product and each colour or length allocation. If an essential custom request was separately confirmed, keep that reply with the order. Do not assume a short item label includes a request that was never accepted.
Check the money information
Review the recorded total and currency against the checkout you accepted. Luxeline’s FAQ states that prices are shown and processed in Australian dollars, while other currency displays are estimates. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or fees. If something is unclear, ask about the specific amount or transaction rather than assuming the retailer controls every figure shown by your bank or payment provider.
Check the delivery details
Read the recipient name and complete delivery address, including any unit, postal code and country fields. Luxeline’s shipping policy asks customers to contact the business immediately about an incorrect address; changes are not guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun. If you request a correction, supply the order number and the exact corrected details. Wait for an explicit response before treating the shipping record as updated.
Separate confirmation from dispatch
An order record is not proof that the parcel has left or reached its destination. Read any production or processing information attached to the order and use the current shipping policy to understand the stages. If tracking is supplied, keep its status separate from the purchase confirmation. Do not book a fixed service appointment on the assumption that the confirmation itself establishes an arrival date.
Raise discrepancies clearly
Send a concise message identifying the order, the field you believe is wrong and the correction you are requesting. Attach a relevant screenshot only if it helps explain the discrepancy. Keep your original record and the response. The current returns policy says change or cancellation requests are not guaranteed after the specified processing steps. This is a reason to review promptly, not a promise that every early request can be accepted.
Keep a short change log
If you ask for a correction, note the date, the original detail and the requested replacement. Add the business’s reply when it arrives. Use separate entries for requested and confirmed changes. This is particularly helpful if more than one message is exchanged, because your own latest request is not proof of the final fulfilment record.
